He holds an MBA and is an NLP Practitioner with over 20 years of organisational development experience across organisations of all shapes and sizes in the UK and beyond, including startups, established businesses and public sector bodies. He has been coaching since 2002 — both formal workplace coaching and informal business coaching — working with individuals, teams, leaders and business owners.
