About the Founder

Kirk Daniel — Founder of HCBU®

Kirk is an organisational development practitioner, coach and facilitator with over 20 years of experience across organisations of all shapes and sizes. He holds an MBA and is a qualified NLP Practitioner. He has been coaching since 2002 — both formal workplace coaching and informal business coaching.

He has worked with over 10 organisations — from early-stage startups to established businesses and public sector bodies — across the UK and beyond.
